2001 - Our 50th Birthday Celebration Concert

For this special occasion we were joined on the concert platform of the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall by our friends and neighbouring choirs the City of Glasgow Chorus, the Bearsden Choir, the Hereford Police Male Voice Choir, not to mention our European friends too the Widukindchor from Enger, Germany! The first half was a very familiar Phoenix programme - the second, however, was a performance of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana with Cameron Murdoch and Isobel Anderson playing a piano each, accompanied by the percussion section of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.
