The Choir’s Business and Sponsorship Manager is the renowned consultancy "John Brown Events" who specialise in arts projects. Appointed to ensure that the Phoenix Choir entered the new Millennium in good health both artistically and financially, they are continuing in a revitalisation programme for the choir. Culminating in the Choir’s 50th / 100th Birthday in 2001 we now see a vibrant choir that has consolidated for the future and that extensively performs and records and undertakes tours throughout the UK, Europe, Canada and USA. In the new Millennium the Glasgow Phoenix Choir intends to continue as the pre-eminent choir in Glasgow and Scotland and to support all types of youth and adult choral singing.
